About the Event
Each class registration includes a 30 minute athlete class and a 40 minute parent and coaches class. Athletes will learn how to efficiently and effectively fuel their bodies for sport and every day. Parents and coaches will be given tools to use when talking to their athlete about nutrition and signs to look for that may signal potential unhealthy eating habits. This is a fully virtual class. A Zoom link will be sent to participants on Friday Nov 12th. Each participating family must be registered. Please do not share the Zoom link with unregistered participants
